Join us for a FREE beginner’s fitness group!
The Young Women’s Fitness Group aims to give young women a safe, female only space to improve their health and fitness, and in doing so improve their overall wellbeing and confidence. The group is open to young women of refugee background aged 12-25 and it is taught by a qualified female fitness instructor.
In Term 2 2017 the class will run from 3:45pm-5pm every Wednesday from 26th April to 14th June.
