Your referral has been submitted!

Thank you for your referral.

We continue to experience ongoing high demand for our services. QPASTT triages all referrals and we will endeavour to contact the person referred within 3 months from the date of referral, and sooner for more urgent or complex situations (including asylum seekers and temporary visa holders).

All eligible referred people will receive an intake assessment. The purpose of this intake assessment is to provide information about QPASTT, confirm eligibility, assess needs and readiness to engage and connect clients to QPASTT programs (counselling, youth programs, group activities) if eligible and relevant to their needs. This intake assessment may also involve the provision of psychoeducation, advocacy, brief intervention and referral to external services if appropriate.

Any further waiting periods and/or processes for other QPASTT programs will be discussed with the person during the intake assessment.

If there is a significant change in the person’s circumstances or wellbeing please inform us in contacting referral@qpastt.org.au or on 3391 6677.
