QPASTT stands in solidarity with the people of Iran who are fighting for freedom, human rights and justice.
We know many people in the Iranian community here in Queensland, including our colleagues and friends, are affected by the death in custody of Mahsa Amini and the violence and lethal force directed at protestors.
We note with concern reports of torture and ill-treatment being used by authorities to obtain false confessions from protestors.
QPASTT is here to help people who might need to talk to someone about the situation in Iran. Our services are free and available to people who have a refugee or refugee-like background.
