Weโ€™re delighted to welcome Vivienne Braddock as QPASTTโ€™s new Co-CEO.

Vivienne has spent over 30 years walking alongside people and communities impacted by trauma. Her career has focused on supporting healing and recovery from sexual violence, child abuse, domestic and family violence, and the complex experiences of refugee and migration trauma.

She is a trained social worker, with further postgraduate qualifications in the field. Over the years, Vivienne has worked in remote Australia, overseas, and right here in Brisbane. Through this diverse experience, sheโ€™s developed a leadership approach grounded in compassion, systemic thinking, and a deep respect for peopleโ€™s lived experiences.

Vivienne has also worked extensively with culturally diverse and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, shaping her commitment to building collaborative, culturally safe and empowering responses to trauma.

Vivienne lives in Brisbane with her family on an urban farm built on the principles of earth care, people care, and fair share โ€” values that deeply align with QPASTTโ€™s purpose.

We are thrilled to have Vivienne join Sally Stewart in co-leading our organisation. Together, they bring a powerful mix of practice wisdom, strategic thinking, and deep care for the communities we serve.

Please join us in warmly welcoming Vivienne to her new role with QPASTT.
